THE CHALLENGE
Positive Impact Dental is a collaborative organization that gives dentists the autonomy of private practice alongside the support of a larger group.
As the organization continued to grow, they needed a way to authentically communicate their values, culture, and the experience of partnering with PID to prospective dentists, team members, and practice owners considering a transition.
Over several months, I traveled between locations capturing unscripted interviews and real human moments designed to reveal the heart behind the organization through the voices of the people living it every day.

THE APPROACH
Rather than scripting testimonials or heavily-directed responses, the project was intentionally approached in a documentary style.

To capture the culture authentically, the project was filmed documentary-style across nearly 30 practices in 3 states. Rather than scripted performances, the goal was to create an environment where people felt comfortable enough to speak honestly about their experiences.
